The property

The property is located just outside Arusha National Park – literally spoken at the foot of Mount Meru, with only 30 km in straight line to Africa highest mountain Kilimanjaro. If you take the opposite road – towards Arusha – is only 2-3 hours’ drive to Tanzania’s best and largest national parks: Tarangire, Ngorogoro and Serengeti.

The property is 33,000 m2 and with lots of space for the large training ground laid out in the northern part of the plot.

The property currently consists of a main building with three apartments an office, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen and an outdoor kitchen/laundry. As well as a large veranda with covered space for everyone.

In addition, there are six cottages in the southern part of the plot that previously have been used as tourist lodges and which in mid-2024 will be used as such again. In connection with the garage and the generator house, there are also four extra rooms for employees.

14 boys moved into the academy on 5 January 2024, and in the first 3-4 months they are accommodated in the four apartments/rooms in the main building.

By April, we expect their new cottages to be ready in the northern part of the grounds – close to the football field. Here we are currently building three large cottages for eight boys/girls in each – and in a semicircle. And in a few years, we will then expand with two further – to make a full circle.
