After three years of planning and preparing Young Boys Academy kicked off Saturday the 6th of January when 14 exited boys were moving into the Academy
The boys have all been selected from tournaments the past half year, and all of the parents and guardians have been attending info meeting at the Academy in November … but now the real kick off time is here.
Saturday the boys moved in, and after a small session from the local authorities and a farewell to the parents it didn’t last many minutes before the boys were on the pitch.
Sunday coaches Lukas Nemeth and Jackson Tunda made two trainings with the boys. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. Most likely we will have around 7-8 trainings per week: One Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 1-2 on Saturdays and Sundays.
And Monday morning the boys were off to school: 12 boys at Primary (Silverleaf) 4 km down Mormela Road by School Bus, and 2 boys at Secondary (Ailanga) – 500 meter away, literally at the gate of Arusha National Park.
